A direct entry into the project management positions is only possible with a degree in the field of morphological psychology. Internships at rheingold

We have fixed application deadlines for which the internships are always awarded every six months. Application deadline for the first half of the following year is the 30 June, for the second half of the following year of the December 31. Our offer:

The internship offers the opportunity to get to know the working methods of morphological psychology in the context of market and media research in one of the most renowned institutes of qualitative-psychological impact research. Our trainees are directly involved in the project work by supporting the project teams in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of psychological-qualitative examinations. This includes, among other things, cooperation with rheingoldGroups® and workshops, customer contact, participation in rheingoldInterviews®, active participation in analysis sessions and assistance in the preparation of presentations.

In a 24-month program, we train trainees to become morphological effect researchers.

Next start in spring 2021

Approximately 2 to 3 trainees are contracted for each year of training.
In order to ensure the high quality standard of training, a new training course is only launched every two years.

In the two-year training programme, we will provide you with both the tools of morphological psychology as well as a introduction to marketing and other important aspects of economic life, in order to then develop our culture and the cultures of others. countries.

During the 16-month trainee basic training, the focus is on conducting in-depth interviews and group discussions, followed by an introduction to the training fields of evaluation, customer support and project organisation. If suitability, an 8-month trainee master’s program with a focus on analysis, reporting and presentation will be followed. At the end of the two training phases, the participants have the qualification to become project managers.
